Elliot’s at London’s famous Borough Market is looking for experienced wine waiters who are interested in quality food and natural wine! We have an ever-changing natural wine list which is served alongside a seasonal dishes.
Who we are:
Elliot's was the first restaurant in London to stock exclusively natural wines. We’re an independent restaurant, bar & natural wine store located in Borough Market. We are a family minded business with a supportive work environment. Several of our past employees have used their experience from Elliot's as a launchpad to run their own highly successful wine businesses.
The restaurant is only 2 minutes walk from London Bridge tube station. Our success has also lead us to open a 2nd restaurant.
We focus on the quality of ingredients keeping the food simple, but surprising. The same is similar for our approach to the wine and drinks list.
Who we’re looking for:
The ideal candidate would have the following attributes:
- Previous experience with waiting tables and/or bartending
- Experience working with wine, drinking wine, or studying wine
- A keen interest in natural wine
- An interest in good food, the London food-scene, and customer service
Job Details:
Rate of pay depends on your experience, but starts at £13.50/£14.50 and may increase after a successful probationary period or bi-annual performance review.
Part time hours are flexible & negotiable, but can be around 20-30 hours. Full time hours are 5-7 shifts a week across 4-5 days. This equates to around 35-45 hours. We have space on the team for all schedules and we will try to accommodate requests for more/fewer hours.
Elliot’s is open 7 days a week. AM shifts start at 11am & PM shifts finish around 11pm/12am.
