Job description
We are looking for an enthusiastic and customer focused individual to join our team.
The main duties of the role include:
- Actioning of daily reports and providing customer updates
- Processing of customer orders via inbound and outbound telephone calls
- Working with customer procurement systems
- Upselling of products
- Upselling of promotional lines
- Dealing with all customer queries
- Dealing with customer complaints following Company Procedures
- Completion of all general administration duties
The hours of work are 8.30am - 4.30pm Monday to Friday.
Requirements of the role:
- Great communication and interpersonal skills
- Good levels of computer literacy
- Confident and professional phone manner
- Knowledge of Butchery products would be advantageous, full training will be given
