Position: Business Analyst
Location: Leeds (hybrid)
As a Business Analyst, you will enable the business to map all existing processes and support the identification of new ideas, and processes to allow successful change to be implemented.
To be successful you’ll need to bring…
- Previous experience working in a regulated environment
- Demonstrable experience working on projects or implementing business/process change.
- Experience working on complex, large-scale change initiatives
- Demonstrable experience in facilitating workshops and the conversion of such to tangible outputs
- Analysis and/or Project Management qualification (desirable)
- Adaptable and innovative approach
