Legal Services are looking for a well organised and keen person to join their team to carry out a wide variety of tasks to support and assist the team in delivering a high quality legal service across the Council. We offer a flexible working pattern and can offer some degree of home working.
Primarily working with the Community Legal team that deal with child and adult social care matters, but with flexibility working across the whole legal section, you will be given a wide variety of administrative based tasks. There will be opportunities to develop and contribute to the efficient running of legal services by developing the role and systems to complement it. You will be someone who can be relied on for efficiency, accuracy and be very organised under pressure with the ability to prioritise and organise your workload. You will be expected to have strong IT skills and be proficient in the use of Word, Excel and case management systems.
You will be dealing with many different people, within the section and across the Council, so you will need to have good communication skills and be professional in your approach and be happy to work on your own initiative.
