We're going through an extended period of growth and are in the process of international expansion having already expanded into the German market, meaning there is no better time to join us – especially as an Undergraduate Marketing Placement student!
As we grow and scale, we're looking for an enthusiastic, passionate undergraduate student to join our B2B (business-to-business) Marketing team on an Industrial Placement between June 2023 and June 2024.
The Role:
As our B2B Marketing Placement Student, you'll work on key marketing campaigns in B2B marketing, supporting to grow our base of employer partners or supporting those employer partners we have live partnerships with. This plays a key part in our company mission – to connect the next generation with the opportunities, insights and advice to succeed as the workforce of tomorrow!
Specifically, you will:
- Support our B2B marketing operations across a range of channels – ensuring that all of our marketing activity is executed in a timely manner.
- Support with the organisation behind our exceptional management events.
- Create collateral to really drive engagement with Bright Network from all stakeholders.
- Ensure the wider business is supported with the right data, collateral and communications to amplify their campaigns to the market.
- Ensure tools and systems that our Marketing team use are always accurate and up-to-date (i.e; Salesforce, Pardot, Asana and our employer website, etc).
- Lead key initiatives digitally and in-person across the year.
Does this sound like you?
- You'll be a student between penultimate and final year of your university degree, who can take a year out to complete this placement.
- You have a clear interest for working in marketing in a commercial setting.
- You'll be confident and keen to stick your hand up to get involved, never afraid to share and contribute creative and innovative ideas to the team.
- You pride yourself on your excellent written communication skills and meticulous attention to detail.
- You're comfortable using Excel and working with data.
- You can demonstrate that you can organise your time effectively when faced with multiple time sensitive tasks.
- You'll be keen to make the most of an opportunity to do a placement at a high growth business – where flexibility and adaptability are key.

Key details:
- Salary: £25,000 pro rata
- Dates: June 2023 – June 2024. However, we can be flexible depending on term dates.
- Location: London, Liverpool Street and remote
Application & interview process:
- Initial 20-minute screening call with our Internal Talent Partner
- 1st round: Initial interview with our Head of B2B Marketing
- 2nd round: 60 minute presentation & values and culture interview
- Final round: Virtual coffee / chats with members of our marketing team
