Job Purpose
You will work closely with the Head of Marketing to execute the Pizza Hut Europe Marketing Strategy and relentlessly drive sales on a daily basis through your passion to leverage data!
Job Function
BUSINESS ACUMEN AND FUNCTIONAL SKILLS:
- Build strong partnerships with our Franchisees
- Work closely with the E Commerce and Digital teams to support team in ensuring the flawless launch of marketing campaigns
- Understanding of the Delivery business/ channel is essential
- Key day-to-day relationship-builder with our franchise partners, building increased credibility, sharing best practices, and ultimately driving the business forward in a consistent manner
- Support in execution of market campaigns- creative development, artwork release, coordination with advertising and media agency
- Track campaign performance on sales and consumer feedback. Review sales calendar and share insights weekly with team
- Best-in-class digital experience and knowledge
- Experience managing digital marketing channels including paid social, paid search, affiliate, retargeting and programmatic video/display.
- Strong understanding of app marketing ecosystem and expertise to drive app install / app conversion campaigns.
- Ability to influence change and shape transformational business strategy.
- Able to get the best out of marketing agencies and partners– understand how to measure KPIs and what is needed to drive them.
- Work closely with digital & marketing teams at franchisee level to influence and impact overall experience and consumer journey.
- Stay updated with digital & ecommerce trends, share learnings ideas with broader teams.
- Colloborate with the cross-functional teams to launch successful campaigns and projects that drive sustainable growth
- Assist with all other duties as required

Knowledge & Skill Required
- Marketing professional with experience working with e-commerce teams in the industry.
- The candidate should exhibit a strong interest in food as a category and have past experience in the QSR industry
- Should have a deep passion for marketing and have demonstrated in past roles the ability to deploy marketing to build the brand and grow sales, instead of relying on traditional media.
- Customer Obsessed with Performance Driven and Digital First mindset.
- A Change Agent who is Emotionally Intelligent
- Experience working with a major Web analytics and reporting tools - ideally Google Analytics is advantageous
- Organized, with an ability to prioritize time-sensitive assignments & excellent relationship building skills.
- English - Oral and written communication skills
- Spanish – Desired additional language
