- Deliver an outstanding customer experience and respond to each client's unique needs with an impeccable drive for results.
- Establish and maintain a strong relationship with clients while proactively and effectively presenting product features and benefits, as well as promotional information.
- Become a reliable and efficient sales expert in order to constantly work toward our sales objectives.
- Collect market data (and always keep an eye on the market development & competitors’ evolution)

- Bachelor's and/or Master's degree in agriculture or in a field related to in agricultural business is preferred or relevant experience in a similar field.
- Good knowledge of plant cultivation and basic knowledge of farm business management.
- Fluency in the local language of the country and good knowledge of country-specific sales. Fluency in English may be an advantage depending on the needs of the position.
- Willingness to travel locally or within Europe if required.
