Job description
The Pen and Pencil is a restaurant and bar that opened in Manchester’s Northern Quarter in 2015, with a strong food offering through the day as well as a quality bar offering in the evening, with a great selection of drinks, including signature cocktails served all night. Our aim is to offer customers the best products and service in a relaxed and friendly environment.
We are on the lookout for a couple of superstar cocktail bartenders. If you have that creative flair, know your classics, not afraid of putting in the graft than this is the job for you.
We require one years’ experience working in a cocktail bar.
We close at 2am at weekends and this role will require late finishes.

Part-time hours: 10-20 per week
Salary: £10.42 per hour
