They are seeking a Senior Marketing Manager to oversee the marketing campaigns for industry leading tradeshows. You will lead a team across various functions to achieve revenue and visitor targets.

Duties of this Senior Marketing Manager:
- Develop and execute the marketing campaign strategy across all marketing channels to drive revenue and achieve visitor targets.
- Develop and nurture your team to accomplish shared goals.
- Collaborate with the Marketing Manager heading up the Exhibitor Marketing Campaign to generate leads and support the sales team.
- Manage marketing budgets for industry leading tradeshows, as well as forecast budgets for future events.
- Provide line management to a team of three individuals, including a Marketing Manager, Senior Marketing Executive, and Marketing Assistant.
- Develop the brand's value proposition to ensure its relevance to their tradeshow communities.
- Oversee the production and management of marketing communications across various channels, including emails, social media, PPC, and website.
- Work collaboratively with the Digital Marketing & Digital Experience teams and the Retail and Fashion Content team to develop a data growth strategy.
- Manage relationships with media partners and PR agencies.
- Report directly to the Head of Marketing on all marketing activities, strategies, and KPI performance.
Skills & experience required
- Proven track record of running successful campaigns within budget across multiple channels (preferably in events, but not essential).
- Strong team management skills and experience in cross-departmental project management.
- Track record of testing, adapting, and improving customer journeys across various marketing channels, while setting key performance metrics.
- Demonstrated ability to build relationships with industry partners.
- Experience in budget management, forecasting, and setting budgets.
- Agility in changing strategies and tactics to address evolving market demands and develop ad hoc campaigns.
- Proficiency in overseeing and managing the performance of multiple marketing channels.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with multiple stakeholders.
- Ability to manage a high workload across multiple channels, prioritise effectively, and work at pace
