Location: Wellingborough (NN8 2DH)
Contract Type: Permanent (Full-Time)
Shift pattern: Mon-Fri 40hrs per week (09:00-17:00)

Salary: £33,000 - £37,000

Role Purpose:
- Manage all fleet compliance inline with DHL policies and best practice.
- Working as part of a wider Transport team to ensure the legal running of around 50 tractors, 110 trailers and 60 drivers
Accountabilities:
- Fleet legal compliance
- Delivery of successful customer performance (KPI's)
- Completing colleague 121's in line with set timescales

Requirements:
- International CPC - essential
- Ability to communicate effectively at all levels - essential
- Ability to work under pressure to agreed and moving targets
- Creative problem solver - essential
- Team builder with good interpersonal skills - essential
- 4 - 5 years experience in Transport Management/Compliance - essential
- PC Literate (Microsoft Excel & E-mail) - essential
- High school/secondary education - essential
- Experience of managing an open book Transport contract - desirable
- Investigation and DP experience. - desirable
- Experience of Transport systems - desirable
