Bar Staff
We are a family-run Australian business that operates food and beverage outlets at airports, creating exceptional experiences for all our customers.
We are looking for committed and enthusiastic individuals to join our team at Luton Airport, airside.
The site has a lively atmosphere with a family friendly approach. People are at the heart of what we do, and our staff are central to the success of our restaurants.
You will be a reliable, hardworking and enthusiastic team player, dedicated to providing exceptional customer service and passionate about food and beverages.
This is an hourly paid role with shifts available between 2am - 11.30pm (there is no requirement for split or double shifts).
The role
To deliver an outstanding restaurant bar experience and to work effectively with the back of house team to provide first class service with particular attention to hospitality and the promotion of sales. This will include:
- Serving all customers in a professional, friendly and courteous manner and being alert to any requirements and concerns they may have
- Maintaining a full knowledge of all food and beverage products available
We are looking for outgoing and engaging team players who are passionate about food and beverages.
To be successful in the role you will have:
- A good level of general education; including English and Maths
- A willingness to learn about health and safety/food standard requirements
- The ability to follow a process and maintain levels of service delivery under pressure
Please note: Any successful candidate will be required to:
- Provide proof of their right to work in the UK
- Hold an Airport Security ID Pass, which we will help you obtain, in order to access our site. The application process for which includes the production of a valid passport and a criminal record check together with 5 years personal/employment referencing. It is essential that you are able to meet this requirement.

£11.50 per hour applicable to all age ranges, PLUS:
