Project Overview: The team is looking for Customer Engineers possessing excellent technical, communication and organizational skills with deep knowledge of Public Key Infrastructure, enterprise certificate services and identity systems. Your technical hands-on experience & knowledge of security related technologies like SSL, TLS, IPSEC, SAML, Certificate Transparency (CT), certificate management protocols (CMPv2, SCEP, ACME) and identity systems AD, Okta, Ping, etc. will be on display as you engage with customers to understand their business and technical requirements. Your experience with enterprise security, coupled with excellent presentation skills will allow you to showcase Chrome Enterprise's product offering in the enterprise space. When leading companies choose Chrome Enterprise, it's a huge win for spreading our power globally. You will assist fellow sales employees by problem-solving key technical and security issues for our customers that use ADFS, SAML, oAUTH, OpenID. You will liaise with the product marketing management and engineering teams to stay current on industry security trends and device enhancements to the Chrome Enterprise product suite.
Overall Responsibilities:
- As a Customer Engineer Security Specialist, you will be working with enterprise customers, security systems providers, partners and government agencies to ease their transition to Chrome Enterprise. You will be positioning Chrome Enterprise as a secure solution encompassing Chrome Browser, Chrome OS, and management capabilities.
- Working hand-in-hand with the Sales and Product Teams, you will help customers and partners to understand the power of our security systems, explaining technical features, addressing integration challenges and problem-solving key technical issues.
Top 3 Daily Responsibilities: troubleshoot networking issues, troubleshoot certificate issues, troubleshoot authentication issues, develop and deliver security presentations to customers and internal teams

Mandatory
Experience with security technologies and encryption:
SSL, TLS, IPSEC, x509 certificates, SAML, Certificate Transparency (CT), certificate management protocols (CMPv2, SCEP, ACME, etc.)
Strong knowledge in Certificate Authority (CA) providers
PKI, X509 certificates, certificate authorities, Online Certificate Status Protocol
Network Security
Kerberos, NTLM, LDAP Bind, Conditional Access, NPS, Radius, Proxy, Firewall, 802.1x
Identity Systems
