Job description
We are looking for a new team member to join our family run boarding kennels and cattery.
The successful candidate must be a reliable, hardworking animal lover and will be expected to undertake all aspects of work in our busy boarding kennels and cattery. You must be confident and knowledgeable around dogs of all sizes and breeds and be capable with animal handling.
This role will involve general cleaning, feeding and walking dogs etc. You must be able to follow strict animal care procedures and be able to work as part of a team but also show initiative when necessary.
Hours will be 8:30-17:00 three days a week which include working weekends, bank holidays and school holidays on a rota basis.
Animal care diploma and/or experience is required.
Job Types: Part-time, Temporary contract, Zero hours contract
Contract length: 4 months
Part-time hours: 10-25 per week
Salary: £7.49-£10.42 per hour
