The Role
This is an exciting opportunity for an ambitious candidate, with a passion for travel and hard work to learn the intricacies of onsite project management. Key responsibilities will include:
· Assisting with the planning and management of miscellaneous and budgeted projects, specifically;
o Resource planning – staff, travel & accommodation
o Logistics planning; and
o Onsite planning
· Manage the receipt, order, assembly and dispatch of goods, meeting required deadlines and KPI’s;
· Assisting clients with queries and concerns;
· Planning for future capacity requirements;
· Assisting with the financial performance of the site, by learning about P&L responsibility;
· Contributing to a one-team, results orientated culture, motivating employees to reach a common goal;
· Supervising staff performance on site;
· Ensuring Health and Safety policies are adhered to;
· Document control – Bills of Laden/ Certificates of Origin/ Packing Lists
EXTENSIVE TRAVEL WILL BE REQUIRED
Essential Skills & Experience:

The successful candidate will be be a motivated self-starter with excellent work ethic and a passion for travel. Candidates must also possess the following skills and experience:
· A minimum of 1 year of experience of working in a high pressure environment to tight deadlines;
· customer service/customer support experience;
· Excellent organisational and time management capability;
· Excellent interpersonal skills;
· Computer literate;
· Strong verbal and written communication skills;
· Keen interest in working within a busy and diverse environment;
· A willingness to travel

Salary: £22,000.00-£24,000.00 per year
