Agile Business Analyst
- Contribute to the development and evolution of our products in line with engineering and product principles
- Lead in the scoping and sizing of our product requirements in conjunction with Delivery, Product and Design to ensure features are compliant, fit-for-purpose and match the product goals and objectives
- Identify, plan, coordinate, and conduct technical design activities within a multi-disciplinary squad within all stages of the development cycle
- Liaise and work with varying stakeholders across the business, and external parties, to lead solution design for the team, in order to facilitate effective requirements gathering and development of features
- Interpret design patterns, platform architecture, and strategic plans when designing and developing solutions to ensure the right balance of tactical versus strategic implementations
- Support in building solutions that promote simplicity, re-using components where practical and advocating product solutions that are robust and benefit the customer experience
- Understand complex business, technical design, and development requirements taking into consideration their functional and non-functional needs • Provide relevant consultancy skills to other parties as required
- Must have experience in designing, developing, and delivering world class customer products
- Strong in UX and UI with a strict attention to design detail
- Experience in working in and leading a product squad
- You have worked closely with manufacturers and 3rd party suppliers
- Have an extensive track record of delivering amazing user experience on iOS and / or Android.
- Able to get the team to dream big, align on a commonly agreed vision and draw a clear a path to get there.
- Comfortable with running a large product through to launch or equally happy running 0>1 rapid prototyping and proof of concepts to prove out a product
- You can get the team to set its own performance target. You do not waste your time with vanity metrics.
- You have a track record of moving KPIs significantly.
- You can measure your impact smartly and get down to why things have moved.
- You have experience running complex A/B tests to improve the conversion funnel.
- You have a good technical understanding so that you can help your team prioritise technological investments, tech debt reduction, bugs and new features
- You should be able to and recognise when the time is right to pivot, change direction, work iteratively and adapt quickly to customer feedback
