Job description

We are currently seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Customer Service Advisor to join our growing team. As a Customer Service Advisor, you will play a pivotal role in providing exceptional customer service and ensuring customer satisfaction. You will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, resolving complaints, and assisting with various customer-related tasks. This is a fast-paced role that requires excellent communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and a genuine passion for delivering outstanding service.

  • Your excellent organisation skills will mean that you can assimilate information quickly and efficiently enabling you to complete several tasks at the same time, whilst continuing to display a high level of attention to detail.
  • Having an excellent telephone manner, you will be articulate and polite at all times and have the willingness to take on a high volume of work in any one day without compromising on quality.
  • An ability to communicate at all levels within the business and support in identifying trends and recording data.
  • A natural motivator, helping to encourage the team to achieve set goals.
  • Know when to escalate any issues to ensure a timely and effective resolution.
  • Have a level of proficiency with CRM systems such as Zendesk.
