Your Role
This is an entry level role which is ideal for anybody who is reliable and willing to learn to learn quickly. Experience is not required to join the team. Full training will be provided. You will be working across our National Family team. You will be primarily responsible for ensuring case files are up to date and in order to allow our fee earners to work as effectively as possible and focus on providing excellent client service. The role is full time, but offers opportunities for flexible working and the ability to work predominantly from home.
What You'll Be Doing
- General data entry and filing on our case management system
- Ensuring that files are up to date and easy to navigate and all the information held is clearly identifiable for the fee earners
- Assisting the family support team with matter maintenance
- Dealing with incoming post and ensuring any follow up work is actioned efficiently

- Somebody who enjoys methodical and process driven tasks

- The ability to work efficiently under pressure and to prioritise workload
- Good organisation skills
