Get The Future You Want
In the Data & AI Advisory team, we help our customers achieve their strategic goals through the smart use of data and analytics. As a Data & AI Strategy Consultant, you will make an impact through creating compelling data strategies, designing Business Intelligence Operating Models, and identifying data use cases to create empowered organisations. This is an exciting time to join our growing team, as you will work at the intersection of industry problems in a variety of sectors.
- You will develop client relationships and gain recognition as a trusted client adviser, partnering with them to identify and solve some of their biggest problems related to the delivery of analytics and AI capabilities
- You will support the shaping and delivery of client engagements in areas such as Data Strategy, Data Governance and Business Intelligence Operating Models
- You will work with clients to understand and evaluate their priorities and options to evolve and grow their organisational data maturity in alignment with their strategic business goals/objectives
- You will provide strategic advice on leveraging data driven business insights through information management and advanced analytics
- You will help our clients build an innovation capability to experiment and build data and AI POCs and work in partnership with key business stakeholders from across the organisation to create a backlog of new use cases
- You will help establish data capabilities (organisation, processes, skills, roles) delivering end-to-end transformations in collaboration with other Capgemini teams, for example the Insights & Data team
- You will contribute to the development of our AI Strategy & Operating Model practice through the development of new market-leading offerings and capabilities, sharing thought leadership, contributing to business development efforts and supporting our internal operations such as team building and recruitment
You have a proven ability to quickly analyse complex issues and generate innovative solutions. You are curious, dare to think differently and you take your colleagues and the customer along with your vision of the field. You never stop learning and you are committed to always delivering the best results. You are proactive in your approach to solving challenges and you can work as part of a team and independently.
You will have a good grounding in some of the following areas:
- Domain expertise in at least one of the following:
- AI & Analytics Ambition: Data Strategy (Governance, Management and Exploitation), analytical maturity assessment, use case & roadmap development
- BI Factory: Designing and implementing Business Intelligence Operating Models
- Data & AI Academy: AI Culture & Literacy, Data & AI Roles and Skills
- Innovation labs: Design process and methodologies
- Sector experience in data & analytics
- Key consulting competencies, including business analysis, stakeholder management, workshop facilitation
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills; ability to articulate complex problems and solutions in a simple, logical, and impactful manner
- Strong commercial acumen
Why you?
It is desired that you have some understanding or experience in the following areas:
- Deep technical and architectural / feature knowledge of one or more data and AI platforms (e.g. Google Cloud Platform; Amazon Web Services; Microsoft Azure)
- Understanding of data & analytics delivery process (e.g. data science and machine learning workflows, processes and pipelines, and their relevant technologies)
- A track record of delivering within innovative agile working environments, including planning, and implementing solutions with data, analytics,or AI at the core
- A passion for ESG data strategy and roadmap to implement sustainable data solutions
- Active contributor in an influential data community
- Experience of running or participating in data or design hackathons

Whilst you will have London, Manchester or Glasgow as an office base location, you must be fully flexible in terms of assignment location, as these roles may involve periods of time away from home at short notice.
We offer a remuneration package which includes flexible benefits options for you to choose to suit your own personal circumstances and a variable element dependent grade and on company and personal performance.
