Job Description:

This is a hybrid position, one year contract role based in London. You will report to the Payroll Supervisor.

Job Details

• Assisting EMEA Analysts with Country specific support to cover during absences
• Processing of UK payroll
• To update procedure guides for each EMEA region
• Enter variable data into system: (Sick notes / P45’s / new starter checklists /manual adjustments backpay etc)
• Processing pension and benefits for UK and EMEA (reconciliation and payment)
• Assisting with external audits
• Manage the EMEA Payroll inbox which includes employee and stakeholder queries
• Running reports and performing audits between Workday HRIS and TMF
• Reporting of remuneration for Tax partners and Global Mobility
• Completing reconciliations between Comp & Reward and payroll
• AD hoc payroll tasks, reporting and queries

Desired Skills and Experience:

• Excellent numeracy and literacy skills
• A keen eye for detail and accuracy
• Good knowledge of MS Office software (especially Word and Excel Vlook)
• Knowledge of UK payroll/ current HMRC legislation (advantageous)
• Ceridian Dayforce experience (advantageous)
• Strong communication skills
• Highly motivated
• Ability to use own initiative
• Quick learner
• Ability to work well within a team
