This is a hybrid position, one year contract role based in London. You will report to the Payroll Supervisor.
Job Details
- Assisting EMEA Analysts with Country specific support to cover during absences
- Processing of UK payroll
- To update procedure guides for each EMEA region
- Enter variable data into system: (Sick notes / P45’s / new starter checklists /manual adjustments backpay etc)
- Processing pension and benefits for UK and EMEA (reconciliation and payment)
- Assisting with external audits
- Manage the EMEA Payroll inbox which includes employee and stakeholder queries
- Running reports and performing audits between Workday HRIS and TMF
- Reporting of remuneration for Tax partners and Global Mobility
- Completing reconciliations between Comp & Reward and payroll
- AD hoc payroll tasks, reporting and queries
Desired Skills and Experience:
- Excellent numeracy and literacy skills
- A keen eye for detail and accuracy
- Good knowledge of MS Office software (especially Word and Excel Vlook)
- Knowledge of UK payroll/ current HMRC legislation (advantageous)
- Ceridian Dayforce experience (advantageous)
- Strong communication skills
- Highly motivated
- Ability to use own initiative
- Quick learner
- Ability to work well within a team
