Full-time Monday to Friday 9 am - 5 pm
Location: London, Finchley, N3
Start date: 1st July 2023

The successful candidate will be working in a customer service team and will be looking to increase their business knowledge and responsibilities. It will be a 12 week insight into working life in a growing company. The role will involve handling customer support queries by phone and email. Your work will have a real impact and play a role in retaining the company reputation over our busy summer period.
You will need to come to the office for 1 weeks training prior to the start date.
Responsibilities
- Communicate with customers via phone, email and the chat app.
- Provide answers to questions about our products, pricing and supply related issues.
- Work with internal departments to resolve customer queries.
- Accurate record-keeping of customer interactions.
Skills/Qualifications:
- Working towards or have obtained a university level degree.
- 3 A-Level results A-C or equivalent. B in GCSE mathematics or equivalent.
- Excellent phone etiquette as well as good verbal, written and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask, organise, prioritise work and work well under pressure.
- Flexibility in a changing working environment.
- IT literate and mathematically minded.
We are looking for a hard-working individual, looking to get first hand experience of working in a business environment.

Contract length: 3-4 months
Salary: £1,833.00 per month
