Requirements:
  • A strong background in marketing, ideally with formal education in the field.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
  • A drive to fast-track your marketing career and take on new challenges.
  • Must have a valid driver's license and be able to travel to our various office locations
  • Ideally, a minimum of 2 years of relevant experience.

Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with our marketing consultants and Head of Finance & Operations, acting on meeting information and assigned tasks.
  • Review management information and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), and regularly communicate with department heads about work volumes and trends.
  • Generate innovative suggestions for business development and networking opportunities
  • Keep the Head of Finance & Operations updated on marketing trends and potential business development opportunities.
  • Proactively create articles, advertisements, and conduct research on relevant topics
  • Ensure that all memberships are up to date and that fee earners are aware of and utilise the associated benefits and networking events.
  • Actively promote social events involving the firm, such as charity events and networking, on social media platforms.
  • Monitor online and social media platforms daily (Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter), responding to messages, researching relevant topics, and connecting with local businesses and events for each office location.
  • Maintain up-to-date information on the company website using WordPress, including staff profile updates, careers page, company news, and articles.
  • Coordinate with chosen charities to organize fundraising events and effectively communicate this information to all offices.
Location: Tunbridge Wells
Salary: Up to £25,000 (depending on experience)
Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 am - 5:15 pm
Additional information: Must possess a valid driver's license as regular travel to our various office locations is required.
