We’re on the hunt for a full time, multi-skilled Operations Manager, being responsible for the production, procurement and planning of daily operations of the business, and to lead projects through from inception to delivery. Our ideal candidate is someone with a background in project management with an in-depth knowledge of Agency based operations.

We already have robust processes in place, but there is always room for improving and these as necessary! Managing project workflow (Using our dedicated PM software), dealing with internal & external stakeholders, and reporting, planning, tracking and measuring results will be included.
This role is working closely with the MD, so will eventually take on responsibility to be his ‘2nd in command’, so having a good understanding of business finances, and tracking revenue is key.
You will also assist in discovering and implementing new company tools, reviewing processes, and generally promoting a solid collaborative work culture whilst monitoring workloads and manpower across the business.

  • Resource planning
  • Communicating with external suppliers
  • Project management
  • Discovering, testing & implementing new tools company wide
  • Develop, implement & review procedures & workflows
  • Promote company culture & new ways of working
  • Reviewing workloads and manpower business wide
  • Supporting all functions of the business for cohesiveness
  • Responsible for the production, procurement, and planning of daily operations
  • Pricing of bespoke projects
  • Reviewing resource utilisation
  • Recording and reporting on revenue


Essential Experience:

  • Project Management experience, (preferably agency side)

  • Solid Ops experience with strong leadership capability and great communication

  • Ability to work under pressure across multiple projects

  • Strong attention to detail - Development of processes, procedures and workflows

  • Resource Management - utilisation and planning of internal and external resources

  • Finance - working with MD and FD

  • Commercial - pricing projects, forecasting and managing client/project scope

  • On-boarding/Off-boarding - clients and staff


Advantageous Experience:

  • Confidence to nurture and manage client relationships and expectations with confidence and effective communication and stakeholder management

  • A speedy learner, ready to embrace new challenges and help the team to problem solve

  • Ability to work on various project management software

  • Agency background would be highly beneficial
