As part of the Consumers Products Division, you’ll be playing a huge part in our mission: to democratize the best of beauty, and for us, beauty has to be sustainable.

You will
Be a part of the marketing brand team within our Consumer Products Division, requiring you to be a talented, enthusiastic, and driven Marketing Assistant, able to provide efficient and effective marketing and administrative support to the team.
Marketing budget management:
- Rigorous and regular tracking / updating of marketing budget
- Raising of POs coordinating with finance to ensure everything is rigorously recorded in the marketing budget
Event planning & team co-ordination:
- Arrange meetings with internal and external parties
- Efficiently and autonomously handle day-to-day team administrative & organizational tasks
- Lead internal events and takeovers to drive launch buzz
- Organise offsites and events
- Manage the logistics of the cyclical team calendar (e.g. Monday Kick Offs, sign off, Breakfast Bonding, etc)
Day to day admin:
- Complete onboardings and function specific trainings of interest.
- Place product & sample orders and maintain fully stocked product cupboard, as well as helping with customer goody bags and products for photoshoots
- General deliveries for team (samples from Paris, competitors buying etc)
Build relationships and upskill:
- Constant upskilling in relevant applications used within the team: NCOs, Salsify, Opera, Teams, MyMarket
- Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders including agencies
You have
Alongside experience in a similar role and excellent communication skills, you should be confident demonstrating all of the following:
