Partner Operations Junior Associate (on-site) - London
Laundryheap is an on-demand laundry and linen service with a mission to deliver great service within 24-Hours! What do we do? Collect your laundry, clean it, pack it and deliver it back to you! THE ROLE:
Reporting into the Global Partner Operations Lead, the Junior Operations Associate will be responsible for the organization and performance of our Partner base.
Your role will include, but is not limited to:
- Complete on-site audits weekly at each of our Partner dry cleaning facilities, ensuring these site visits/audits optimize Laundryheap operational processes with the Partner facility internal team.
- Ensure all audits are documented with both written and photographic documentation and presentable to the Account management team.
- Coordinate with the Account management team to ensure all tasks are completed, and order management is controlled as per the set deadlines.
- Coordinate with the Account management team to ensure all open cases are resolved during site visits/audits.
- Remain up to date with dry cleaning quality standards & processes to spot areas for improvement.
- Work with Laundryheap internal teams, particularly the Fleet team, on a series of different projects as required, to improve the overall operations at facilities.
- Keeping up-to-date and familiar with all departmental operational changes to understand the sourcing requirements.
Requirements:
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
- Must be organized and a self-starter.
- Previous experience in a similar role, preferably for a start-up.
- Hindi/ Urdu Language skills preferred.
- Ambitious & entrepreneurial.
- Hungry for progression & process-driven.
- A keen eye for detail.
- Should be comfortable in multitasking in a high-energy environment.
- Needs to be able to adapt to highly dynamic situations
- Must be willing to travel across London for a min of 4 out of 5 days.
Desired, but not essential:
- Experience in working in different markets internationally, with strong cultural awareness.
- 2+ years of experience in a high growth start-up environment.
- Experience working in a busy dry cleaning/laundry business.
Contract:
Full time, 40 hours. Locations of work varies across London. Includes weekend working from time to time.
