WORKSHOP SUPERVISOR
A Workshop Supervisor role has been created at our Rawmarsh Depot, which currently operates approximately 54 vehicles.
Reporting to the Engineering Manager/Assistant Engineering Manager, the successful applicant will need to work closely with the Asst. Engineering Manager to ensure the Company's high standards, productivity and presentation are maintained and ensuring fleet availability while staying within budget guidelines. You will be responsible for the day to day running of the workshop.
Applicants must have a thorough knowledge of the PCV/HGV industry, as well as possession of appropriate engineering NVQ qualifications, and the ability to communicate effectively at all levels.
You will be required to motivate & demonstrate strong leadership skills to both skilled & unskilled staff.
