Alfa Leisureplex Group has an opportunity for a Receptionist to join the team at The Croit Anna Hotel, Fort William. Live in available.
Receptionist working hours
As a Receptionist you will work circa 40 hours per week, including weekends & split shifts. With an hourly rate of £11.00 – Regardless of age
Being a Receptionist:
Your main tasks as a Receptionist will include assisting in the administration of the hotel and the sales of hotel bedrooms to the public. Checking all guests in and out will be a large part of your role whilst also acting as first point of contact for any queries.

Essential Skills:
- Excellent communication skills
- Knowledge of Microsoft office
- Excellent customer service skills
- Ability to learn new skills quickly
- The ability to be flexible and keep calm under pressure

- Experience in a similar role
- Knowledge of the travel, tourism and hospitality industry
