WILD Worker - Dad's Focus
24 hours per week
This is a permanent contract subject to references, DBS checks and successful review

WILD works alongside young parents to provide a whole family service and challenge systems and society to give young parent families a better chance at being healthy, happy and safe.
We are the largest specialist young parents' charity in the UK, working with over 20,000 parents and children since 1992, providing a whole family service for young mums, dads and their children across Cornwall. We deliver services, collaborate with local leaders and practitioners and work towards influencing national policy to disrupt the pattern of intergenerational trauma and change the narrative of young parents and their children.

· You will be an agile, motivated, creative member of a family focused team
· You will have an interest of working with parents and have a focus on work with dads
· You will have experience of working with young people and children
· Using a PACE approach, you will deliver work which is trauma informed
· Across Cornwall you will be delivering group work, 1:1 outreach work, in person and virtually
· You will be committed to achieving lasting positive change for young parents and their children
· You will be committed to delivering the WILD vision
