You will play a pivotal role in supporting the executives to ensure daily operations run seamlessly and efficiently. This is a job for high-calibre talent, ideally with a good understanding of the industry.

Responsibilities
- Manage complex calendars, schedule meetings, set agendas and organise appointments with precision and discretion;
- Handle all travel arrangements, visa applications, accommodation, transportation and logistics;
- Prepare and edit documents, manage all correspondence and prioritise and respond to enquiries on behalf of the executives;
- Liaise with stakeholders maintaining strong professional relationships and ensuring effective communication;
- Suggest improvements, add value and streamline processes;
- Provide ad-hoc support and assistance as required, adapting quickly to changing priorities and unforeseen circumstances
Qualifications and Experience
- Proven experience supporting senior executives in fast-paced, high-level roles;
- Impeccable attention to detail and a track record of delivering with minimal errors;
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills;
- Strong MS office skills including PowerPoint;
- Investment experience or UHNWI experience;
- Problem solving skills;
- Proactive and resourceful;
- A collaborative team player with excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships at all levels;
- Flexible and adaptable to accommodate the business needs.
