About us
We are a Social Care company, trying to make waves in the care sector with an exciting 'Bespoke Provision' project - giving people stuck in systems and institutions a new lease of life in their own homes and us fitting our support model around them. Mae and Mitchell Bespoke Management is a small care organisation in Leeds. We are challenging, supportive, rewarding, and our goal is to change lives of vulnerable adults - to stick with them through thick and thin, and to use their choices, preferences and aspirations as the foundation of their support.
We are recruiting specially for a team to provide support to a gentleman who has had a stroke who will be moving to his own home in Cottingley, Leeds. We recruit specifically for the people we support, so we like it when you have similar interests or personality to them.
About the gentleman:
I am 57
I prefer females to work with me
I like dogs
I like joking and bantering with people
I need my staff to help me with some things like applying creams, hygiene and to keep me safe when I'm outside
I am very sociable and like I love coffee
I sometimes like to go to museums
I want staff to accompany me on days out
I want staff to help cook with me
I like to go camping
Job specificication- Staff with good values, a pride for working with people, passion to develop skills and knowledge, and a positive character that you can bring to people's lives.
Comprehensive and specialist training is provided specific to the role.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent
Salary: £12.00 per hour
