Verify are a global provider of Engineering services to the Aerospace and Defence Industry, with almost 50 years in supporting some of the largest companies in the world, our people are the key to our ongoing success.
We are looking for a Program Administration to support various departments with general administrative tasks, ensuring tasks are completed in an effective and timely manner, with absolute accuracy.
Using an acute attention to detail, tasking includes timely coordination of engineers, travel booking, preparing contracts and sales proposals, collating data and preparing reports and department KPIs.
Primary role function:
- Coordination of Engineers to ensure they support customer activity on-time, booking associated travel (flights, hotel and car hire) as necessary
- Preparing contracts for engineers who support the company, including processing background checks and compliance documentation
- Prepare sales proposals on behalf of Account Managers
- Follow-up with engineers on timesheet submission
- Maintain data management system, as well as various spreadsheet
- Data collation and KPI reporting
- General administration (filing, meeting coordination, expense reporting assistance)
- Telephone answering and call routing
The ideal candidate will have:
- At least 2 years previous administration experience
- Educated to GCSE level, with GCSE Maths at Grade C level or above.
- Acute attention to detail, with a well organised, problem solving approach
- Demonstrable experience with Microsoft Office application, specifically excel
- Confident telephone manner, being happy to pick-up the telephone to resolve issues quickly
Weekly hours: 25 hours per week / 5 hours per day, across 5 days (Monday to Friday).
The position support hybrid working, working up to 3-days per week remotely based on employee preference.

Salary: £13.00 per hour
