Job description
About us
Bar91 has been a trusted Glaswegian institution supplying fantastic service, delicious drinks, and exquisite international locally sourced food. Located in the heart of Merchant City, where 18th century architecture meets captivating contemporary culture, it’s undoubtedly one of the city’s most scenic watering holes. And just across from City Halls and the Old Fruitmarket, a wide range of events and world music concerts are at patrons’ disposal. Alternatively, it’s the perfect spot to people watch whilst curled up with a juicy Scottish beef-burger or G&T. There's a beer for everyone’s taste too. In warm weather, the front folds back to allow for a true al fresco dining experience. Expect exciting and mouth watering gin and food pairing events, whiskey tasting, artisan beers and wines, retro tunes, jazz and blues, and chilled out vibes that make the end of the work day worth celebrating. Expect a delicious weekend brunch menu – featuring everything from full Scottish breakfasts to Mediterranean plates - to while away a lazy afternoon. This vibrant and long-established gastro-pub is definitely worth seeking out. A word of caution- “lets nip in for a quick pint" could lead to many happy unforgettable hours..
