Please note that this post is also offered as an apprenticeship opportunity. The apprenticeship will be managed in line with the Agenda for Change terms and conditions. Training will consist of a progressive programme with day release to college. During the training period the salary will be incremental based on a nominal percentage of the substantive Band 6 post (for example: year 1 70% of top of Band 6, year 2 75% of top of Band 6 etc.) Expenses and training costs will be paid by the Trust.
This post permits permanent employment on successful completion of the apprenticeship and subsequent performance requirements. However, this is subject to satisfaction of the line manager.
