Job Description:

DCS Ltd is looking for a Packer to join our team! This position is responsible for packaging and picking products for delivery.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare and pack products for delivery according to customer orders
• Monitor product quality and quantity to ensure customer satisfaction
• Receive, process and store products in designated areas
• Maintain cleanliness of the work area and equipment
• Dispatch orders on the computer
• Responsible for maintaining a clean, safe, and orderly work environment and surrounding areas
• Other duties as assigned by management

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in related field a plus but not required
• Ability to read, write and comprehend simple instructions, short verbal messages and short written messages
• Fork Lift License is a plus but not required
• Demonstrate ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Salary: £25,000.00 per year

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Chelmsford: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

Experience:

• Warehouse experience: 1 year (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

• Counter Balance Fork Truck Licence (preferred)
• Driving Licence (preferred)
