Job title – Warehouse Operative, Physical Logistics

Business Unit – Nestlé Purina

Location – Wisbech, Cambridgeshire

Shift Pattern - 42 hours per week – 4 days on followed by 4 days off

Salary is £27,249.36 + fantastic benefits

We are seeking a self-motivated person with good communication and organisational skills, who can work under pressure and take responsibility to ensure safe working practices are followed.

Our Wisbech factory makes some of the UK’s most well known and much loved brands, such as Felix, Winalot, Gourmet, and Purina ONE, and is constantly developing to meet the changing needs of our consumers. All this happens in a vibrant and historic market town known as the capital of the Fens. For a town with a rich history it also has a strong vision for the future with continued investment planned to ensure Wisbech remains a great place to live, work and visit.

Manufacturing in Nestlé is all about ensuring the consumer receives a perfect quality product, at the right time and place whilst driving losses from our business in order to maximise efficiency & productivity.

You will need to be a good team player with a real drive for continuous improvement and willingness to develop and progress whilst demonstrating a ‘can do’ attitude is essential.

Other key responsibilities:

• Inspection and sorting of the factories quality samples
• Maintain quality records
• Maintain high levels of Health and Safety
• Ensure ISO. GMP, SAP and HACCP procedures are adhered to.
