Would you like to support people with learning disabilities and mental health needs in their own homes and in their communities? You can help them to have a more independent and fulfilling life, whilst developing a career in social care! No experience required.

We currently have a part-time opportunity (22.5 hours per week) for a creative, flexible and passionate support worker to join our team as part of our Bedfordshire Outreach across Bedford and Kempston.

A variety of day shifts on offer from 7am - 9pm. You will be required to work some weekends as part of a flexible working rota.

If you're confident and happy to lone work, this is the role for you!

Being a driver or having access to your own transport (Bike, Moped, Car etc.) is essential as you will be required to travel across locations, for which you will be paid mileage (T&C's apply)

We will pay you a £400 Welcome Bonus.
