Position: Warehouse Operative - Early Shift
Contract Type: Permanent (Full-Time)
Location: Rugby:Waver Way
Salary & any shift premiums: £21,942
Shift patterns: 06:00-16:00
Work pattern: Any 5 of 7

What do we need from you?
- Operating of Mechanical Handling Equipment.
- Operating IT-systems and processing paperwork as required.
- Are flexible in approach to work, and work effectively as part of a team, providing support in resolving problems and have a can do, right first time and passionate approach.
- Consistently maintain agreed individual performance levels.
- Packing food & drink items in an ambient environment.
- Ensure that any remaining stock after Pick or cages after loading are investigated in correct and timely manner adhering to training and process.
- Experience of working in a ambient distribution centre – 6 months minimum, preferred 2 years or more.
- Flexible approach to hours and role.
- Good verbal communication skills.
