Position: Warehouse Operative - Early Shift
Contract Type: Permanent (Full-Time)
Location: Rugby:Waver Way
Salary & any shift premiums: £21,942
Shift patterns: 06:00-16:00
Work pattern: Any 5 of 7

What do we need from you?

  • Operating of Mechanical Handling Equipment.
  • Operating IT-systems and processing paperwork as required.
  • Are flexible in approach to work, and work effectively as part of a team, providing support in resolving problems and have a can do, right first time and passionate approach.
  • Consistently maintain agreed individual performance levels.
  • Packing food & drink items in an ambient environment.
  • Ensure that any remaining stock after Pick or cages after loading are investigated in correct and timely manner adhering to training and process.
  • Experience of working in a ambient distribution centre – 6 months minimum, preferred 2 years or more.
  • Flexible approach to hours and role.
  • Good verbal communication skills.
