Position:
This role is crucial in guaranteeing the safety of our customers in our properties and assuring the legal compliance of all our service areas; gas & electrical safety and management; fire safety and risk management; legionella, asbestos and lifts.
You will need to be a confident and competent ‘technical expert’ with demonstrable evidence of using your knowledge and experience in a ‘technical property services’ environment.

Requirements:
NBOSH or equivalent in a relevant discipline i.e. Fire Safety, Asbestos etc...
Knowledge of statutory compliance across social housing and corporate buildings including:
- Gas Safety
- Electrical Safety
- Fire Safety
- Lift Safety
- Legionella Management
- Asbestos Management
