Blue Arrow is recruiting for a full time Warehouse Operative (Material Handler) in Bracknell RG12 area. This is a temporary role that can lead to a permanent position.

Job Role
Warehouse Operative (Material Handler)

Hours
Monday-Friday 8:30am-5pm

Pay Rate
£14.10p/h

Please note a DBS basic check will be required before starting this role!

Duties

• Executing and enforcing safety / security protocols daily.
• Coordinating all forward and reverse deliveries and receiving/shipping orders.
• Conducting regular cycle counts ensuring the inventory management system is up to date and accurate at all times.
• Executing stock re-balancing, performing daily check on inventory adjustments, completing fulfilment rates

- Reverse logistics - processing RMA and conducting inventory sweeps.
- Server rack deployment - receiving and populating server racks with pre-fabricated components.

• Maintaining client relationships.
• Adhering to working standards as per work instructions and working to agreed KPIs and SLAs.
• Assisting and supporting clients with ADHOC needs and requests.
• Ability to travel to other locations as and when required.

• Demonstrate a positive work attitude.
• Ability to operate on own initiative as well as be a good team player.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel).
• IT literate.
• Ability to learn quickly.
• Competency to understand and follow standard working instructions.

Desired Skills Required

• Warehouse experience of 2 years or more logistics background!
• Experience on WH Management Systems.
• Experience handling client relationships.
• Residing within commutable distance from location.
