Job description

Key Responsibilities and accountabilities:

• Handling goods in, checking items are delivered as ordered and recorded accurately
• Storing items according to Survitec standards, including safe handling procedures and safe use of any machinery supplied
• Picking and packing goods according to customer or service station orders, including recording of work using Survitec inventory systems and processes
• Loading and unloading pallets and goods efficiently and safely
• Preparing goods for dispatch, completing any necessary paperwork, and updating systems as needed
• Transporting goods and supplies on site, or to other sites and customers, following established procedures and ensuring on-time delivery
• Performing inventory control tasks and checks on quantities, quality, and availability against records, following established inventory control procedures
• Operating various equipment and machines, adjusting where needed to achieve efficiency and maintain safe working.
• Following mandatory work instructions including use of personal protection equipment where relevant, to safeguard the environment and the wellbeing of self and others.

The Experience, Qualifications and Skills You Will Have

Essential Criteria:

• Experience with good in/ out
• Computer literate
• Forklift Certificate
• Full UK Driving licence
• Dangerous Goods By Road
• Dangerous Goods By Sea

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: £31,000.00 per year

Schedule:

• 8 hour shift
• Day shift
• Monday to Friday

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Aberdeen, AB12 3RL: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
