Marketing Automation Manager – B2B, Salesforce and Governance
Location: Malvern, UK or Almelo, The Netherlands
Flexitime: (core hours: 10.00 am - 12.00 pm and 2.00 pm - 3.00 pm) to help you to achieve an excellent work-life balance
Remote Working: Up to 3 days per week (part of this role will include being on-site occasionally to collaborate with the team)

What be you'll doing?
You'll work collaboratively with multiple stakeholders to manage and optimise our global marketing processes by leveraging data, analytics, and best practices to support the execution of our marketing strategy across the whole customer lifecycle
Responsible for enabling the business to consistently track efficient, effective marketing campaigns across systems and channels at scale to deliver measurable results
Projects include:
  • Development, optimisation and integrations of MAP
  • Campaign tracking enablement
  • Engagement automation flows
  • Development of dashboards and reports
Responsibilities Anyone?
In this role, you'll be responsible for the development of the marketing automation technology stack (MAP, with other sales & marketing and lead generation platforms) to drive and streamline lead generation, campaign management and automation across systems and channels whilst tracking and reporting on the performance of these.
What do you need to be successful in this role?
  • Degree educated in Marketing, Computer/Data Science or equivalent technical field with relevant professional experience
  • 5+ years’ experience managing B2B environments, including marketing automation, lead generation, marketing operations and marketing analytics/reporting
  • Deep understanding of Salesforce/Pardot across leads and campaigns, connected campaigns, reporting, and systems integrations
  • Veritable Self-starter: possess a pragmatic approach to drive change and inspire!
  • Be Fearless: the ability to take a 'bird's eye view' to optimise product changes from a non-bias perspective of internal processes
  • Veritable self-starter: Be pragmatic - the ability to take the initiative to drive change and inspire!
  • A proven track record of successful and profitable marketing activities through the effective use of Marketing Automation
Nice to Have
  • Transferable B2B exposure, including high-cost capital equipment/long-sales
  • Understanding of ITIL landscapes within marketing, Agile Marketing
  • Experience with other marketing technologies, including Salesforce connectors, CMS, website analytics, social media, and advertising platforms.
