Encore Managed Services is recruiting for Warehouse Operative for the LATE SHIFT (2pm-10pm). This role is to assist the Pallet Inverting Team for our client based in Aston, Birmingham, B6. This is a clean and modern warehouse and involves the distribution of a well-known beauty brand.


Pay

• 
  Immediate start for a full time, temporary ongoing job (weekly pay)
• Monday to Friday - LATE SHIFT 2pm-10pm (38.5 hours). Fixed shift - not rotating
• Weekends OFF.
• Hourly rate is £11.16 (or £429.66 per week or £22,342.32 per annum),
• Hourly Overtime Rate 1, after 40 hours £11.91, after 12 weeks £14.31
• Hourly Overtime Rate 2, after 40 hours for SUNDAYS AND BANK HOLIDAYS, £14.31, after 12 weeks £19.08
  
  Skills

• Ideally have experience with MHE (PPT/LLOP's), but not essential
• Have Knowledge of Inbound goods
• Must be familiar with RF scanners
• Be able to work individually & as part of a team
• Be highly accurate - pay attention to detail

Responsibilities

• Assisting the Pallet Inverting Team with goods
• Adhering to high Health and Safety standards
• Must be willing to do manual labour - this is roughly 50% of the job
