This fast-growing and award-winning home decor ecommerce business is looking for an exceptional Warehouse Team Member. You will have proven experience of hard work, a keen eye for detail, with a can-do attitude. You will be working in an energetic and fast-paced warehouse environment. Our Warehouse team is friendly, small and full of characterful individuals. They are passionate about what they do and doing it to the best of their abilities.
Some, but not all responsibilities include:
Loading and unloading delivery vehicles by hand/forklift.
Quality checking and counting in stock.
Storing goods safely and appropriately.
Keeping a careful record of deliveries on the warehouse management system.
Assisting with stock takes.
Assembling of products to required standards.
Cleaning and maintaining the warehouse.
With heavy equipment in operation, the warehouse can be a dangerous place. Following workplace health and safety rules will be essential.
Please note that the hours will include occasional evening and weekend work.
The Dowsing & Reynolds warehouse/office is located just outside the centre of Leeds and we have a positive and upbeat team of 70 people.

You don’t have to have a passionate love of home decor, but you will need to get to know our products a little. A curious nature, common sense and good practicality are much needed.

- Good physical strength and stamina (it’s a busy environment with a lot to do)
- A flexible working approach (you may have to help out in different parts of the business, a can-do attitude is essential)
- Great time-keeping and punctuality
- Previous experience working warehouse environment would be beneficial but is not essential
- Great at working in a team with an easy ability to get on with most people
- Forklift license beneficial but not essential as training will be provided
