We’re looking for a motivated supervisor to help lead London operations with the potential for quick career progression.
Duties and responsibilities include:
- Helping the drivers set off efficiently.
- Supporting drivers to make deliveries as efficiently as possible.
- Ensuring that the day-to-day operations of the depots are running efficiently including pick and pack, receiving, shipping and so on.
- Support with breakdowns.
- Packing, loading and unloading delivery vans and e-cargo bikes
- Delivering parcels and goods to customers on designated routes through our app.
- Assisting at the warehouse and backdoor.
- Supporting the warehouse managers with other tasks.
Skills and qualifications
- Reliable and always dependable.
- Comfortable using computers and adapting to software systems.
- Excellent organizational and time keeping skills.
- Passionate about the Fin mission and sustainability more generally.
- Friendly and professional demeanour with a can do attitude.
- Ability to work without supervision.
- Comfortable riding a bike and wearing a helmet.
- Capable of lifting parcels of up to 25kg
This role is for our West London hub in North Acton with some need to work from other hubs in London from time to time.
The working hours are 5 days a week Monday to Friday from 08:30 - 4:30pm.
With some need for flexibility based on day to day operations.
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: £12.00-£13.00 per hour
