ASSISTANT LETTINGS MANAGER – Residential Estate Agency
Location: Woking, GU21
Salary: OTE: £50k
Position: Permanent – Full Time
This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Assistant Lettings Manager to work for an established Estate Agency in the Woking area.
The perfect candidate for this exciting opportunity will be an experienced Estate Agent who is a committed team player with excellent customer service skills and a passion for selling residential property.
You will have exceptional selling skills and have the ability to perform well in a highly competitive property market.
You will be assisting in ensuring the Branch hits targets, is profitable, wins new business and retains current clients.
You will need to be smart, punctual, reliable, well-spoken and articulate, whilst being driven, focused and be able to thrive in a faced paced pressurised environment.
Knowledge of the Woking area will be a distinct advantage!
The skills required for this Assistant Lettings Manager role will include:
- Previous experience in residential property lettings
- Listing and instruction winning experience
- Ability to build strong business relationships
- Focused to lead and motivate a team
- Able to win new business
- Full UK driving license required
- Local knowledge of the Woking area is preferred
