Do you want a meaningful career knowing you are making a difference to people’s lives?
Does supporting adults with learning difficulties and mental health issues to live an independent life on a day to day basis sound like your ideal role?

Why be a Support Worker for Jigsaw Creative Care?
Being a support worker takes bravery, patience and commitment. But working with people gives so much more in return.
We’re not your normal care company. We have always involved the people who use our services in the day to day running of our business and we will continue to build on and develop these opportunities through partnership working with The Golden Planet Project.
Jigsaw believes in nurturing our exceptional team and supporting our staff to develop their career in social care.
What we need from our Support Workers:
- Willingness to take part in the specialist training we provide
- The desire to strive for the best possible care for the people we support
Our ideal candidate will be a flexible and compassionate individual, looking for a career in care and able to demonstrate a passion for the role. Previous care experience is preferable but not essential as full training will be provided.
