We are currently looking for full time and part time waiting staff to expand our team. This is an excellent opportunity to join the team at one of the province’s largest operators of licensed premises.

What do I need?

• A passion and a flair for hospitality
• Preferably at least 6 months previous experience in a busy restaurant
• An attention for detail
• Be passionate about customer service and guest experience
• Be able to work in a team
• Be flexible to work a variety of shift patterns. This role includes daytime and evening shifts.
• A willingness to learn new skills
• Have initiative and motivation
• To be professional
• Barista trained is always a bonus!
• Knowledge of allergens although training will be given

What will I be doing?

• Greeting, serving and looking after our guests
• Cleaning and resetting tables
• Getting to know our guests and what their preferences are
• Work within a team to create a great atmosphere
• Know all of our menus and be able to make recommendations
• Maintain a high standard of cleanliness
• Maintaining food hygiene standards
• Table service for food and drinks
