Very busy professional HVAC & Plumbing company in Kelowna is looking for a friendly, motivated Customer Service Representative to help serve our growing client base. We are a family run business and always strive to treat our clients and coworkers like they are a part of our family as well. We are looking for someone who loves helping people, wants to be part of a team, and can smile through the phone.
No HVAC/Plumbing experience necessary – we will train you.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Effectively manage incoming calls
- Identifying and assessing customer needs to achieve satisfaction
- Provide information about our products and services
- Ability to answer and manage a multi-line telephone system
- Tracking & Ordering office supplies
- Review or make changes to customer accounts
- Proactively make outbound cold calls to our existing customer database
- Answering our after-hours Emergency phone line during evenings and weekends (on rotation with other office staff)
- Scheduling appointments from after-hours calls (on rotation with other office staff)
- Greeting occasional customers who come to our office (fairly rare)
- Processing Debit/Credit Card Payments
- Filing
