Job description
At Team Support we are recruiting hospitality staff to join our team and work at our growing list of 4- & 5-star hotels across London.
Our clients’ ideal applicants will have worked as front of house staff in 4 or 5 star establishments and be interested in progressing their careers in the hospitality industry.
The skill you will have developed include being excellent communicators, well-groomed and be able to work as part of a customer focused team.
This role will be based in busy, fast-paced environment you will need to show a flexible approach in providing outstanding customer service.
Other desirable skills include:
- Food Hygiene Training
- Silver Service Experience
- Fluent in English and other languages
Each hotel will have different accents on service, however, the main responsibilities across all hotels with include:
- Preparation of hot and cold drinks
- Mise en place
- Serving food and drinks to the hotel’s standards
- Giving guests a warm and genuine welcome and any other assistance needed
- Maintaining a professional attitude
