Salary: Starting from £25k depending on experience

Role Profile - Facilities Administrator


You must be organised, flexible and enthusiastic with a ‘can do’ attitude You will have a commitment to providing excellent customer service and be able to show initiative. You will be required to liaise with L&Q staff and contractors directly to arrange and action FM issues through to fulfillment. You will have post room / reception experience.
This is a great opportunity for someone with administration and customer services experience wishing to make a move into the Facilities Management field.

Key responsibilities will be:
  • To provide mail room services for Head Office
  • To manage room bookings & set ups
  • To provide first line support in enquires for all Facilities Management related Issues
  • To cover reception and take switchboard calls
  • To provide the best customer service at all times to all customers, both internally and externally that contact the Facilities Department
  • Raise purchase orders via iBuy and to contact suppliers regarding deliver of goods / service
  • To effectively liaise with all other departments that are also involved in dealing with the work of the FM team
