We're excited to announce the upcoming launch of a brand-new restaurant in the West End the 19th of this month! As a new opening we're thrilled to be seeking fresh talent to join our dedicated team at our restaurant in the West end.
We are looking to hire Waiters/ress for a full time position.
As a Section waiter, you will play a key role in ensuring our guests have an exceptional dining experience. Your responsibilities will include taking orders, serving food and beverages, and providing outstanding customer service. This is a fast-paced position that requires excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work well under pressure.
Requirements:
- Provide detailed information on menu items, specials, and beverage options.
- Take accurate food and beverage orders from guests, using a POS system if applicable.
- Relay orders to the kitchen staff and ensure timely delivery of meals to tables.
- Serve food and beverages to guests, observing proper serving techniques and etiquette.
- Check in with guests to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns or requests.
- Anticipate guests' needs and provide proactive assistance throughout their dining experience.
- Clear and reset tables promptly to maintain a clean and organized dining area.
- Process guest payments, handling cash and credit card transactions accurately.
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure smooth and efficient service.
- Follow all safety and sanitation guidelines to maintain a clean and hygienic work environment.
- Uphold a positive and professional image of the establishment at all times.
Full Time only - Up to 11/h + Tips -35/45h
To Start As soon as possible.
